How to play

Find groups of four tiles that share something in common.

• Select four tiles and tap Submit to check your guess.
• Watch out for red herrings: some tiles look like they fit a group but don't.
• You can make 4 mistakes. "One away" means three of your four are right.

Every Friday is the Draw it out special. A new puzzle is released every day at midnight, Singapore time.

Draw it out

1. Every tile is an IUPAC name. Find four groups of four, as usual.
2. The groups depend on structure, so sketch each molecule before you decide.
3. Stuck, or on the bus with no paper? Tap Reveal. The tiles start to pulse, and the next tile you tap flips to show its skeletal structure.
4. You have 16 reveals, one for every tile, and revealed structures stay visible. Reveal all shows every structure at once.

Reveal every structure?

This shows the skeletal structure of every remaining tile at once, and you can't hide them again. Drawing them yourself is the whole point of Friday, so try a few first if you can. Your result will show how many structures you revealed.
